We are looking for exceptional MBA graduates from the Class of 2026 who want to build expertise in business growth, revenue strategy, sales operations, and distribution at the forefront of the AI industry.
You'll work with one of the AI businesses within the Ollasoftware ecosystem — including AEONITI, Crawlcrawl, Ollima or Switchllm — and help scale its commercial operations, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
This is not a product development role. The products already exist. Your responsibility is to help those products reach more customers, create stronger distribution channels, increase revenue, and build scalable go-to-market engines.
From your first week, you'll work directly with leadership on growth initiatives, sales strategy, distribution expansion, business analytics, and revenue performance. You'll participate in weekly business reviews, analyse key growth metrics, identify opportunities, and help execute initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, business strategy, growth, and commercial execution.
You will help determine how AI products are positioned, distributed, sold, and scaled across different customer segments and geographies. You'll evaluate market opportunities, analyse competitive landscapes, identify high-potential customer groups, and help develop repeatable revenue-generation models.
