Networkers Home Refund Policy

1. Fee Receipt Policy

• Immediate Receipt Issuance: Upon payment, students are entitled to receive an original receipt immediately. If management refuses to issue the original receipt, students have the right to withhold payment until the receipt is provided.
• Escalation of Issues: In cases where a student is denied a receipt, they are encouraged to report the matter to higher management. Networkers Home prioritizes transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.

2. Adjustments to Payment Dates

Requests to adjust the fee payment date may be approved by higher management. This flexibility is provided on a case-by-case basis at Networkers Home’s discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that the Registration Fee and Service Tax components are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees cover administrative expenses associated with enrollment.

4. Refund Eligibility for Cancellations

• Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Course Start: Students who cancel their enrollment at least 7 calendar days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus the non-refundable Registration Fee and Service Tax.
• Cancellation 1-6 Days Before Course Start: Cancellations made within 1–6 days before the course start date qualify for a 50% refund of the course fee, after deducting the non-refundable Registration Fee and Service Tax.
• Cancellation After Course Start: No refunds will be processed once the course has started. Additional requests for cancellations or refunds beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

5. Policy Amendments

Networkers Home reserves the right to amend this refund policy as needed. Students are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any updates.
